It certainly needs it. Not just the underground areas but many places at night are fucking DARK. So much so it can be hard to navigate at times. Cranking up your brightness is not a solution.

Have you tried switching off dx12? I had CTDs every 5mins to 30 in the beta and release and as soon as I switched to dx11 I haven’t had a single crash in almost 20 hours.

I’m still surprised it’s coming out piece by piece and starting with Reach. Not complaining though since that’s my favorite Halo game and ignoring nostalgia for 1, the best campaign and multiplayer of them all.

I just did the History Museum about an hour ago and it was a wild ride, definitely one of the better main missions I’ve done so far.

It’s pretty disgusting how good that game looks. I hope the techs that cooked up that engine got PAID.

Really fun game, especially with friends. Shame it runs like hot garbage despite being way above any recommended specs. So poorly optimized even after all the updates.
