Yep. I read another article that all this time California considered this a voluntary conservatorship. given that she can work and earn her own money, she does not meet the criteria for incapacity. I think that now she’s been emphatic the court will end it.

I think that they can’t, she just didn’t know she could challenge it. Had she, and said loud and clear it was not a voluntary conservatorship, it would have ended. Generally its extremely difficult to conserve someone in CA. I anticipate this will end things.
