Oh man. Trampolining is hard work, but it looks so easy that I forget about how hard it is.

I've been exercising for the past few months. I tried to focus on being able to do more instead of losing weight. Doing that is making me take care of myself more. I knew I would like to weigh a certain weight but being stronger has become more of my focus.

Somewhat yes, but I still have trouble. I’ve gained ten pounds twice and they won’t budge no matter what.

My dad is doing way better. He finished his meds and has a lot of energy.
