The UK has given up none of its sovereignty. All EU laws still have to go through Westminster, and even so, UK MEP’s are ‘outvoted’ (i.e. on the losing side) in the EU parliament 2% of the time.

The statistics show quite the opposite actually. The better educated you are the more likely to support Remain, and those in skilled or management roles are more likely to be pro-EU than those in unskilled labour or out of work.

Brexit is an absolutely horrendous idea for everyone involved. It’s an ethno-nationalist pipe dream built around fears of scary brown people(TM), and if it happens, it will likely spell a new dark age of right-wing lunacy across the globe.

My main issue with this is that this is not about paying artists what they’re worth (for which I am very much in favor). This is about changing the nature and purpose of rights laws to better support large corporations in the changing landscape of the internet.
