So far, the Mania build has been awful, and I don't see the event itself being much better. A couple of matches will probably be good (the IC title ladder match in particular looks like fun), but I don't see this being an event for the ages.
Another issue with youth is that with the recent economic downturns the old farts aren't retiring, which means the middle aged folks aren't promoting up, which means there's no positions at the bottom for younger folks to actually find/get experience in an industry.
