Dont these kinds of complaints/lawsuits happen a lot with “based on/inspired by a true story”? It sure seems like it. Yeah, one very prgamatic hurdle that would keep public support low is reduction in pay and benefits. So unless you were paid a higher wage to make up for the loss of hours then no one is going to support it. And Lord knows employers won’t pay you more to work less hours.

Yeah, I think dying in close succession helped some become “legends” or being attached to legendary bands. Didnt Hendrix, Joplin, and Morrison die within months of each other? I never cared for the Doors tbh. But I also dont think any of these rappers will be remembered for decades.
