I love that shot too. I sort of miss the larger scope of the campus in season 1. I'm not sure if it's budget cuts or a creative choice but the show sort of feels claustrophobic in season 3.

i go back and forth on this. i think they are tied for me.  Arrested is probably the overall funnier show, but Community is more ambitious and has deeper, more fleshed out characters.

there were certainly individual weeks last Spring when Parks was better than the Community aired that week, because of some weak Community episodes vs a great season 3.

ha I like that scene more than I remember. I still think M K williams' comedic timing is off, he doesn't really sell the lines well, but the music and the tone works really well
