I’m going to start playing Destiny 2 again. This was the one thing I absolutely would not suffer.

My wife and I were driving on a road along the Catskill mountains in upstate NY. The drive up them was fine, we had dinner at a nice restaurant in a beautiful town. When we went to leave, at night, it was raining furiously and we could barely see 10 feet in front of us. Downhill. On a road carved into a mountain.

Anthem’s a good game. The gameplay is fantastic and the classes feel remarkably different from each other. The characters are likeable and easy to become invested in. The story’s not bad and the worldbuilding is respectable. The endgame dungeons are actually fun and nuanced, doing things that other games in the genre…

This game is freaking delightful. Amazing soundtrack, beautiful scenery, fun races and activities, and 700+ cars. So many things to do that aren’t just racing, they make a huge point out of exploration and little activities too. And the racing. There’s street racing, dirt racing, hybrid racing. Laps or one long…

So uh...is nobody going to point out that you play a cop and the game’s called copgame? Funny internet man is on Twitter, are we going to pretend they’re oblivious?

Is there like...a specific sub-genre for that kind of rock music they used in the trailer? They used similar music to in older Tekken games and Dynasty Warriors, I’d really like to make a playlist for that stuff for exercising or writing papers.

Seems off to me. The world is super colorful and the artstyle is really unique and interesting, but the character animations for NPCs seem a bit stiff. Nothing in this trailer really looks “alive”, kinda just looks like animatronics.
