@freedomweasel: you don't have to use those exact commands to have good communication....there are plenty of experienced climbers who don't use those commands.

@Obsidian: you'd use the reel, all gyms use rope reels. No way 70 meter would work for this.

I don't think this works. There are so many different devices used for so many different things, this is why they have specs, and while they might be a little confusing, computers by nature are complex and have complex parts, and people should do a little research before buying them, it isn't hard to learn a little…
