I wish this would happen in Detroit. The stands are still filled every week with dopey, blindly loyal Lions fans who love to blame the quarterback for all the problems created by ownership, general managers, and coaches. We need to fill Ford Field with opposing fans every week.

Maybe they can move into the Rangers current ballpark when they open their new park in a few years. It’s only about 20 years old.

They do that, because the lingo of baseball is perfect for correlating to all other areas of life.

Wait...regulations and taxes in California? That must be a new thing. I’m sure they weren’t expecting that when they voted in favor of this law.

I have the box score and ticket stub for every game I have ever attended in a scrapbook. It takes up about a half an inch of shelf space. It doesn’t clutter a thing.

Next year will be the 39th year since I first started following the Lions. (I stopped considering myself a loyal fan when Barry Sanders retired) I am just going to go ahead and assume that next year will either be a bigger disaster than this one or at least equal to it and that Matt Patricia’s head coaching career

I have not had that experience at all. I make over a 100 orders a year from them during all different times of the year and I have never had anything arrive late. Not even during the holidays.

I order stuff weekly and have never gotten anything delivered late. Of course, lately, they have actually been screwing up orders about 5% of the time and I have had to return/exchange things.

A career low for either of these guys is quite and accomplishment as other than “Elf,” “Stranger than Fiction,” and “Wreck It Ralph,” neither one of these guys have been in anything particularly memorable.

I’m guessing most people don’t really care too much who plays halftime at the Super Bowl. Other than Prince from Super Bowl XLI there hasn’t been anything memorable at halftime except for that stupid shark during the Katy Perry show. So all these “boycotts” aren’t really going to have any impact. NFL ratings are up

NFL TV ratings went up 5% from last year. Sorry.

Isn’t ANY job just an owner saying, “This is my business, you do what I tell you or you’re gone?” That’s the impression I have always gotten from every single job I have ever worked.

Most Lions fans will find a way to blame this on Matthew Stafford.

At least we’re still on the “new stadium every 20 years” timetable. It won’t be long before these criminals start demanding a new one every 10 or 15 years.

The guy followed protocol, gave them two forms of ID (and a thumbprint), and they STILL didn’t believe he was who he said he was. Yes, I am white, and I don’t feel any racial tension other than that another white person didn’t believe some guy was who he said he was and the only assumption I can reach as to why was

As a white guy who begins reading a lot of these stories trying to give the white person the benefit of the doubt or assume there is some sort of communication breakdown, I have to go ahead and call this one racism right out of the gate.

Why do some women always expect other women to totally have their backs on everything? Carrie Underwood is basically saying, “It doesn’t matter if you think my song blows, you should never, ever, ever say anything that implies you do not like it.”

It’s pretty simple, folks; Say hello, order your chicken and everything will be fine.

I was 6 years old when the original Star Wars was released and for most of the rest of my youth the thing I cared about more than anything was Star Wars. The Last Jedi was the Star Wars movie I had been hoping for since 1983. I absolutely loved it. Yes, it has flaws, but so did the original trilogy. A movie does not

Nothing has been of greater benefit to NBA players than the referees allowing them to carry the ball while dribbling. When you can hold the in your hand for a beat or two it’s much easier to freeze the defender or get him to go one way before you put the ball on the floor again and go the other way for an open jumper.
