2016 has really done a number on the human race.

Should I be worried there are more republicans than democrats on that list?

The thing that always rubs me the wrong way about this is the concern over “America’s daughters.” Let me get this straight, you cringe at the idea of your daughter dying in war, but have no qualms about your son doing the same thing? It’s stupid offensive to both genders.

If you do have a passport, what has to be done to go get an abortion or any medical treatment in Canada. Can a person just make an appointment and drive across the boarder? That seems too simple.

I did the same thing, but ended up going with nuva ring. My periods were crazy (skipping months, leaking for whole months, etc.) before pills and my doctor said my normal cycle would return with an IUD (if I wasn’t among the lucky people who just stop having periods). I feel like I’m taking a chance either way. Pills

Why is it always what the women wear? I don’t get how banning the hijab is supposed to make any kind of a difference.

It’s because they don’t get math. When I told my father about falling abortions rates in Colorado (I think) due to their program of making IUDs far more accessible to teens and 20-somethings, he scoffed. No, he said, it’s because of all the illegal immigrants moving in and they don’t have abortions.

I don’t get it. If I wanted to find a Catholic church, can’t I just type those words into my Google Maps App? I feel like this invention is more for my baby boomer relatives who still print out MapQuest directions.

I think he’s thinking of many different things as he is preparing to become president of the United States, and things that sound like the campaign aren’t among them.

I don’t really get this. I thought priests could always forgive any and every sin.

This election has me going from sort of ambivalent about having children to full on just not wanting children. The idea of being pregnant and my choices being completely at the mercy of the law - even when my doctor might disagree with the law - is just too much.

I hate that this is what it’s come to, but I’m hoping I’ll be safe from any anti-abortion crap in Illinois. I don’t know a lot about where abortion was legal prior to Roe v Wade, but Illinois is blue enough that I should be okay... Hopefully?

As someone who group up in small town America (pop. 600!) I see that opinion, too. I remember when they closed the school in my down and watching them take a wrecking ball to the building. The town disappeared soon after. Half the buildings downtown were bars and the other half were abandoned. I saw this happen in

I asked my doctor about getting an IUD this summer and am kicking myself for not following up on her recommendation sooner. I guess the pain and bad stories I heard scared me away. Now, I made an appointment the the GYNO she recommended, but the earliest appointment I could make was in February. Will that be soon

There was probably no way to make this live action without screwing this up. I also don’t care. This is my favorite Disney movie ever and I’m ready to soak up the ridiculousness.

I think I’ve typed up and deleted about 10 comments at this point. Suffice it to say that I was harshly bullied and used to think about suicide. It was terrible and sometimes it scares me how little would have had to change in order for me to take my own life. What scares me even more is that I still don’t know what

I never asked my doctor outright, but I once had a discussion with her about possibly switch from pills to an IUD so it wouldn’t be so awkward when I visit my ultra conservative parents. This lead to a discussion on birth control and abortion where she flat out said “it’s not about health and it’s all about

Given that little bit, it looks like my medical group isn’t Catholic affiliated. I may ask my doctor the next time I go in for my yearly checkup. Better safe than sorry.

I never thought to check if the hospitals are religious and now I want to make sure I know for sure in case I have any emergency regarding my reproductive organs. Do they usually spell that information out on their website?

I keep seeing stuff about this and I’m trying to wrap my mind around it. The protesters are camped on private land owned by the pipeline company. Doesn’t that count as trespassing?

I’m not saying the protesters are in the wrong. I’m just trying to understand how this all started. Who gave approval for the company to
