Up there with the stereotype that all rapes are truthful. As far as I can tell, most people I talk to still believe the “she wanted it but then regretted it later” stereotype. And then they don’t believe statistics because how can they be true if so few people who are attacked report the attack?

Teachers should be paid so much more than they are. I have no idea how to make it work, but a teacher should be able to reach at least a $50,000 salary. I guess I don’t mind if they start low and climb higher, but they deserve fantastic wages for dealing with kids all day.
