Just an example of markups/margins. Breakfast on the go under $5, I can justify it once a month!

It's not though... buying coffee out vs in a grocery store is a much bigger margin
Why is this outrageous? Frozen yogurt costs more. The toppings are real food. The service and presentation is excellent. AND YES I WENT THERE THIS MORNING.
I used to work next door to Joyful Heart. They are the real deal. And once Mariska visited when I was in my office and she walked by looking like a goddamn superhero. Awe.
AND AND AND last week's Times was all gushy announcing his ex's wedding w the king of the theatre gayz and I was seriously concerned about him reading it and feeling bad. !!
While I agree that people need to stand up to this sort of thing, acting as self-appointed union leader is not the smartest way of going about it. You probs still need to keep your job without being That Person That Riles Up The Other Employees.
Ditto to both
WHAT. Alpha Dog is a work of art. Art I say!
The Drunk Diet is an awesome book btw. (and I'm pretty sure he wrote it in the wake of their breakup)
Too many rapes in NYC lately - ladies, be careful. This guy should be in prison the rest of his life.
Why is everyone not more outraged that he is on PAID leave???
I doubt the show foots the (entire) bill... considering that Real Housewives get like $3K an episode, no one's paying six figures per ep for a wedding...
Okay, that's the first time I've even heard of the Food Court Turn-Down and it is so obviously fake, that is Improv 101 level acting, how does it have 3 million + views???
Wow, that is awesome!!
Needs citation - does Nike pay female workers less than men? (All the people I know that work for Nike are women and in the U.S.)
I love Nike beyond a level that is healthy, but it seriously undermines the message to post this on the NikeWomen channel and not regular Nike. Hello, the men need to see this.
Excellent point.
I'll be the first to admit that when I was a server in NYC we had stereotypes about nearly every group - race, age, sex, orientation - nothing sacred. What they would tip, what they'd order, how high maintenance they'd be.
Compliment for commenters redacted, because this awesome discussion devolved to name calling. Sigh. Some great points made up top though.
