Women do this because we are constantly being told (directly and indirectly) that it's not okay to be single, that something must be wrong with us if we are single. So we in turn project that on others, including guys we date.

Ooh, need a job? You are good! :)

I wear heels and I'm a distance runner, so it all evens out, I say.

WhatEVER they already tested this in Seattle in '99 with Cafe Starbucks - full table service and even coffee booze shakes. And you know what? It was AWESOME. I was sad when they closed - the food was even great.

Girrrrrrrrl. Meet me at the pub at 6pm. I hear ya.

Dude, Will.i.am was the first ever CNN hologram guest. 'Nuff said.

I cannot buy into a film made this century where the career woman who is not planning a baby doesn't even seriously consider not having it. The last unmentionable frontier for Hollywood...

I'm glad people are pointing out that people in any traditionally low-earning occupation could be trust fund kids, married to money, etc - but one thing I don't see pointed out below is that there's a strategy to declaring yourself as a certain type of worker on a tax return. Sorry to burst any artistic bubbles, but it's mostly like any product on the market - it's easier to sell (make a living) when you promote that it does one specific thing (character).

Where are these cities? I want to go to these cities.

As a publicist, if I repped Kmart, I would have tipped this the second I found out about it.

yeah, it's called being a professional actor. thank god this is one character i can watch over & over!

Yes but Rachel's is way more choir/musical theatre.

She's got to at least get suspended for that. Yeah, there is a lot of sexist double standard happening in the plot, but it's decently true to life.

Yeah, seeing that coming. They have to get her off the show soon so the two groups can merge to New Directions - I predict this happens late in the episode of Sectionals.

Most amazing moment of this ep for me (though there were many, loved it) was seeing my 9th grade gbff's name in the credits as a writer!!! So starstruck and proud!
