My neighbors upstairs, who are also my landlords, make this awful loud crazy shrieking noise every night around 10-10:30pm. I think it's laughing of some sort, it's not sex, and it drives me fucking crazy. I hate conflict or confrontation, what do I do? It's been a year!!
