So far, very little of the story has went anywhere. Her story cuts off with her presenting one-hell-of-a-choice to an insubstantial character (in the books, the show’s representation was awesome).

But truly, most of the arcs are hanging in limbo in the books. There’s no telling where Martin will take her.
