They’re reducing the total xp to level up by 2,000 at level 23 and above. At that rate, it takes 2,000,000 XP to reach level 200 from 100. The old rate takes 2,008,500XP. You need less XP overall.

The quickplay matchmaking is pretty good about matching you with those of your skill level. Win rates for nearly everyone, skilled and unskilled, are around 50%, because of it. So yeah, you’ll have fun winning and playing your favorite hero.
