Opening feelings - Dead Cells feels more like the gameplay update to SotN we were all waiting for, great combat, weapons etc. But is a roguelike, so is inherently grindy, which is a turn off for some.

I started reading this site sometime before you left and Ray Wert took over. I will always remember Davey as the contributor who was classy enough to have a middle initial in his name on the delightfully unclassy site that was Jalopnik back then.
