But is it funky, chunky and crossover-y enough like an HR-V or a RAV4 to capture the CUV segment’s imagination? Part of me thinks that demographic likes a little longer roof and more polygonal back half with a more vertical gate opening. It seems to be part of the shared aesthetic.

I’ll be the first to admit they’re hideous and oddly proportioned, and I can’t recommend them to anyone. That said, I love the cocaine ‘80s look.

If they’re more sought after, I think it’s just because of pure rarity. Not many were made at all, and I don’t think people like them very much (then or now).

Not to mention, a SLANT NOSE 911. They don’t get enough love.
