Anecdotal but my buddy’s Subaru CVT shit the bed at 69,000 miles, right outside of the 68k mile warranty. They told him CVTs were not repairable and quoted him a $7,000 bill for replacement.

This is why centralized digital voting is an awful idea. Some things can be improved with technology, but in this case, paper ballots, and manual counting with rigorous checking and rechecking by a purposefully diverse group of people tasked with vote verification is needed.
