Agreed. But I guess Fiat has enough money to throw around, trying to get people's attention. And it got ours because we're talking about it. Maybe the ads will grab the attention of 'non-car' folks.

Nah, that would have been too confusing.
It's good to see big corporations giving the interns a chance to do more than just get coffee. I would have loved to be a fly on the wall in their office.
It's like those who crash into that one single light pole on the street. It's like their aiming for it.
Is what the insurance company said.
That's what I was thinking. But if it wasn't staged, I think the guy wanted to go out with a bang.
I love how much chatter and excitement this Buick news has created.
that says it all, doesn't it?
Take to an autocross and not feel embarrassed? I don't think Buick is quite there yet. I remember Hyundai was (is?) in a similar but opposite situation with their luxury cars like the Equus. It seems like it's easier for them to overcome the stereotype than it is for Buick, and Lincoln for that matter.
YES!
I give Buick credit for trying. I haven't read the history but I wonder why it's become an old people car? Was it Buick's goal to cater to the older generation?
If I had money left over after buying all the 100 cars I really want, then I'd consider buying this one.
That's how most people enter the freeway and get away with it.
I wonder if he watched this clip. I can't imagine how traumatic that must have been, especially considering how it happened.
It's unfortunate but just like drinking and driving, many people will learn the hard way. No matter how clever and emotional the ads are, many people will brush them off and continue putting themselves in danger. And I admit, sometimes I'm one of them, because it's just one more drink, or one text message. It can't…
Mooooooo
That's appalling. But now that I think about it, isn't it worse when people know what goes into a fast food burger and keep ordering it? But that's another topic.
It leaves a horrible taste because somewhere along the road to adulthood we were given the perception that car salesman are sleazy. Some still are, some aren't. But it's hard to let go of the thought that we're being ripped off.
I bought my last car privately (used) and I've been having all the sex I want, er, I can get.
Just making sure we're talking about the Ford Motor Company, right. Cuz this Ford would never try to kill SEX.
