I’ve had seitan that was cooked so that it was literally indistinguishable from chicken - it can be quite delicious and pleasant to eat, in my experience. Now admittedly it was prepared by superlative chefs each time, so I might have a biased opinion.

Shit. Yeah, I was holding out some hope after hearing the union had scored a victory, but based on what we’re seeing it looks like they found ways to force people out (or make staying untenable) either way.
