The passenger side mirror being optional was actually quite common on many cars at one time or another. Even in the '80s, most economy and many mid-range cars didn't have one as standard.

From a quick browse, I do see some games as low as $2.99 for 90 days. While I didn't go and count how many were below $15 / 90 days, they do seem to be the exception rather than the rule. There are 122 games available, and many are well above $20 / 90 days.
