I have family in Victoria, and it's a natural time capsule. While they do get a fair amount of rain, it never gets especially hot or especially cold, and rarely snows. It's basically a cooler, drier Seattle. I live in a part of B.C. with cold snowy winters and hot dry summers, so cars don't stay that nice here.
