I watched this episode with my dad. Neither of us had read the books, even though we’re both pretty big scifi and fantasy fans. But we were really enjoying the show up to that point.

Good. It was a fine movie! And I had a lot of fun with it! Like, it didn’t blow my socks off, but it was a chill and good introduction to Carol Danvers. I loved the periphery characters, too—Talos, in particular, was great. This take on Fury was awesome. The Rambeaus!

I look at it this way. Wonder Woman made over a billion at the box office. If you say it’s not good, I’m going to hold that Billion Dollars in your face and say you’re wrong. How exactly I do that depends on a variety of things.

The MCU’s Captain Marvel just comes off as smug and disinterested, with a constant ‘deal with it’ look on her face in every frame of the trailer.

Did you even read this article or what she said? She wants a more diverse and inclusive pool of critics and to you that’s a “ Regressive Leftist attitude” in caps for some reason?

Whenever I sit for a second and think about how many people must be spending however many hours of their lives in a coordinated plan to lower the average score on a film review website of a movie they haven’t seen, in a series they probably otherwise like, just because it has a woman in it… I mean, they do know…

There is no way.... repeat.... NO WAY.... that he finishes this series before he dies. Absolute zero chance.

i know it was a sequel, but Bladerunner 2049 is better than Ford Bladerunner. Here we go...

Pedantic nit picky time! Godzilla isn’t a remake its a reboot. Just as Godzilla 1998 wasn’t a remake of the ToHo series.  But yes, it is damn good film.
