People don't like I, Robot? I mean, it's not a good adaptation, but taken on its own merits it's a solid and entertaining action sci-fi movie.

I will never understand why people watch shows you hate or continue to watch a show after they think it's gotten bad.

Honestly? I've never stuck with a show if I started disliking it. I was obsessed with Glee in s1 and some 2, dropped it without remorse at the beginning of s3. Loved Bones, Criminal Minds, Friends, The Sentinel— never actually finished them, after they got stale.
