I'll watch the occasional vfx reel online (the Game of Thrones ones are often impressive) but I generally don't have time or inclination to sit down and watch a movie multiple times with and without commentaries.

I was thinking of another Brunner book: The Sheep Look Up, which as best as I can remember, is about environmental collapse, but I really liked Stand On Zanzibar as well.
