The New York airports are so terrible that I gladly take layovers in Atlanta and Philadelphia all the time just to fly into and out of Stewart. See I think the two-door looks weird. It may be more rigid and a better drive, but for the question, I see the four door as being the perfect SUV, not only in its capabilities, but also its looks.

XJ Cherokee. Not only is it the quintessential SUV, and came with one of the best engines ever made, and was unbelievably bulletproof, but it was also available with a 2.1L diesel. Plus, the four-door is one of the most well-proportioned cars ever.
