I guess you could say that it’s dark comedy. But in essence it’s a horror film. The scene that always gets me is Chris’s conversation with the maid. And her sudden realization of her true self and then her falling back into the sunken place while saying no. That was hard to watch.

Totally her special attack was so redic. And her commentary on her relationship with her mother. Comic gold.
