So, on principle, I agree with the argument you’re making. Allowing the “feel” of a song to be copyrighted opens up a huge can of worms. Copyrighting is already a difficult thing to judge with creative works, because there is so much interpretation involved in evaluating the final work.

As a fat nerd, I tried the gym over and over, only to fail. Then I started cycling. I decided early on that I need to pick between fit-ish and thin, so I picked fit-ish.

A quick search on the Internet places the born-again phase from 1979 — 1981, so, no.

That’s some girly music for you, you asshole Bono.

Also, go away.

Oh fuck off. Women making music doesn’t have any impact on men making music. Also where is the genre where women can release their anger? Why do genres have to be dominated by a gender in order for music to be made? It makes zero fucking sense. Are teenage boys in their rooms with a guitar going “but I just CAN’T

Dear Bono: Sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up.

And I think his admission that he is an asshole on set is telling too. It tells you he is used to being pushy and playing power games with people.

I was just arguing this point with a mansplainer. He was trying to define ‘harassment’ for one of my friends who was cat called by a car full of guys and then yelled at and flipped off for not responding. The guy tried to say that wasn’t harassment because it wasn’t ‘systematic and sustained’. I wanted to punch him.

I would dispute that for every Weinstein or Moore there’s an innocent guy getting accused. If any of these accusations are false, they’re extremely rare. And I’m not sure Clash’s innocence was ever actually proven. It seems he was just cleared legally because the statute of limitations had expired and one of his

Who would have thought that Quentin Tarantino would be the first person to admit he knew Weinstein was crossing the line and he should have been a better person and not worked with him?

Nobody remembers when they did something insensitive, because it didn’t impact them the same way it did the other person.

David Cross couldn’t even be bothered to make sure he spelled her name right both times in his post. Fucking hell, it seems like basic self-preservation to make sure you do at least that much right.

Of course he says he doesn’t remember anything. Why would he? When you are a famous person meeting a non-famous person, it’s far more likely that the interaction would just fade into the background of your memory, as opposed to when you are a non-famous person meeting a famous person. In 2007 I shook Barack Obama’s

You know it’s possible to say things and not remember saying them because you grew up your entire life being able to say those things without repercussions or thinking about how your words/actions impact others. This is commonly known as privilege.

My immediate family members said and did a whole lot of awful shit to me when I was a kid so much so we not exactly tight as adults. I don’t want to be.

I am not exactly surprised that a guy who released a stand-up album called “Shut Up You Fucking Baby” might be a bit of a bully.

“So sorry - when I speak to young women I naturally assume they’ll never be successful enough for anyone to care what they say.”

My pharmacy won’t refill my birth control even a day early unless I pay out of pocket, because of my insurance. A few times, I can only assume the pharmacy billed the insurance a few days late because I couldn’t refill when I ended a pack because “I should still have 5 days remaining according to the system” even
