You realize you can’t expect to be taken seriously if you can’t even spell it correctly.. because then what else could you have wrong? ;P

Broad strokes here. I’m going to be that guy who jumps in and says cutting out carbs isn’t a fad diet. Doctors have experimented with keto diets to treat various health issues since the 1930s, and it clearly brings results, not even just weight loss. It’s silly to make the claim that just because something is popular,

And also you are paying taxes, mortgage interest, and maintenance costs: they’re built into your rent.

Just because you don’t have to go down to Home Depot to buy some filters and light bulbs doesn’t mean that you don’t pay for them even if you rent. You pay for the maintenance and repair costs regardless! You just pay it a little bit at a time in your monthly rent rather than having to pay it all at once whenever it

Additionally, a renter still pays for the costs of major things too. They just ‘hide it’ in the cost of the rent. Unless the actual owner is rather inept with his setting his rent costs.

Can we PLEASE dispel the myth that renting = no maintenance or repair costs? As a renter, you are responsible for basic maintenance (including things like filters), and for anything that you break or damage (like clogged toilets or sinks). Plus depending on your lease you may be responsible for snow removal from

My biggest concern is getting a precise dosage. At least with regular prescriptions I know exactly what I’m taking.

I am not overly concerned with whether or not organic meat has a higher omega-3 content. The main reason I eat grass-fed meat and dairy is that the animals are not fed with GMO corn, which is absolute shite and not fit for human consumption (which is also the same reason I do not consume gluten). This is more than

Isn’t “special sauce” just thousand island dressing? Even the recipe linked is almost identical to any thousand island dressing recipe...

One factor I constantly see skipped over is that the price of a mortgage is fixed, assuming you have the 15 or 30 year fixed rate. Insurance and taxes can go up but the mortgage doesn’t yet every article acts as if rent is consistent.

And it’s the most un-stylish furniture I have ever seen. Why can’t we have quality AND style?

This... So much this!

I used to use a cast iron pan for my sous vide needs, but then I discovered the wonderful Searzall, I have to say it is just amazing.

They are amazing. Bruce has to be one of the best front men of all time. Such great songs....The Trooper, Where Eagles Dare, Run to the Hills, Wasted Years, and on and on......thousands of people singing them in unison. Great shit

I’m on a heavy day right now, so I’m all in!

I honestly think that the difference is that all of the examples you listed affect all sexes. Tampons will only ever be necessary to women, while every other medical or hygiene product (even if marketed to a specific gender) has utility for everyone. Yep, even condoms.

YES.

Temple steps....

I say we go bleed all over the capitol steps.

I just bought his massive, nearly 1000 page long book The Food Lab a couple of weeks ago. I am about 400 pages into it, and devouring every word. As his readers all know, the articles are even more interesting than the recipes. And yes, his eggsperiments (sorry) are all in there. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
