Also, what’s up with putting a military base in Stanley Park? Why is that planned? You should most def spit at those people, amiright?

Oh no! Expo 86, no 84. My argument is ruuuuiiiined. I’ll try the same thing with you. See, there are no monorail stations in Seattle to ruin in the last few decades. We have two *terminals*. Therefore, hhhhoooocch, whatever that is.

All that traffic from the Expo really makes BC a sucky destination for visitors. You should spit on anyone who supported that garbage.

I just reread our thread to make sure I didn’t miss something. Seriously, you have issues. Here is the recap.

“of”

Ah, the edit of my post didn’t take for some reason. It was on a bus, so yeah.

Interestingly, there are also people butt hurt in Rainier Valley that there was no elevated track, but that was just an option researched. The best option would have been a cut and cover tunnel for the entire length in that area, but costs would not allow for a starter line.

So... what you are saying is that you’re post is irrelevant and ok with that. That’s fine.

Also, super ironic to call me cranky pants when you came in with a hot take that amounts to that we should shit in these people’s mouth when giving the opportunity... ;)

Sorry I missed it. I was originally going to ask you if there is a chance the track will bend...

It is a non-issue today - Irrelevant to anything happening today for over a decade. It conflates the monorail that exists today with the planned monorail system.

No one is trying to get rid of the monorail. It turns a profit and is privately owned.

This poster is probably from the suburbs. :)

The easiest way to mark yourself as an outsider is to refer to the Pike Place Market as, “Pike’s”. Pike Place actually refers to the street it is on: Pike Place. You can also simply call it “The Market”.

They aren’t that loud, no louder really than any other form of public transportation.

That photo could just as well come from any successful city. It is a law that cities with healthy economies have traffic that exceeds available capacity. This is true from Dubai to smalls towns in Siberia.
