They do allow subs. The issue is that they don't allow subs (in other sports terms) that have essentially been hired after the team has qualified for playoffs but before the playoffs.

To anyone trying to compare this to subs in other sports.... don't. While they do allow subs.... people have to realize that whole teams, subs and all, are hired/announced MONTHS in advance and even if a sub is hired during the season they sure as hell wouldn't do it anywhere near playoffs/finals/etc.

Yeah they didn't develop Dota 2! They only hired the lead developer of Dota to begin development, and put a team behind him, and continue to update the game from within Valve. But they have nothing to do with development of it! Past, present, or future.

I did. I also read the part where he said First Blood wasn't content and as such anything included in it (note: Captain's draft (game mode), pseudo lan (feature), ETC.) would not be considered "content."

Mind you I (partially) agree with you. But I see crap like this. People sending threats to Cyborgmatt, and part of me can see why they would want as little to do with our community as possible.

So content is heroes and events. And literally nothing else? Not added game modes, not balance changes, not new features, not cosmetics, nothing else. Only heroes and events. Literally only that counts as new content.
