Always slide the tires you take off under the frame rails. You never know if the jack stands you bought are going to end up being recalled by Harbor Freight and the rim/tire will save your life if they fail.
Somehow they just need to use a PHEV for a little while and the range anxiety will be gone (assuming they have something that can do a long trip).
That’s what got me. Don’t have a gaming PC or a room to dedicate to setup sensors and such.
KSR is a good guy for sure. If you want to see what he (I think he’s in it at least) and a bunch of other racers think of Rossi, check out “The Doctor, The Tornado and The Kentucky Kid.” It’s a great sports doc that follow Rossi, Edwards and Hayden through a season or two.
Came here looking for that exact comment.Love the lane keeping assist on 500 mile 1-way highway blasts. Easy for thoughts to drift, or to get distracted by something on the side of the road. I stay attentive and am a safe driver, but would always have 1 or two instances of grazing the rumble strips on the shoulder on…
On the website it says Michelin Pilot Cup Sport 2 ... kudos to whomever below guessed correctly by the tread pattern!
Kenny Roberts, Sr .: “You cannot compare Valentino Rossi to anyone, there’s no one like him, there are a lot of pilots who do their thing, but there’s only one Valentino Rossi, I do not know why he’s still competing, it’s in his blood. in perspective what he likes to do and is able to get it for that, I take my hat…
Wife had a black one with red pinstripes with “Turbo” near the front as her first car back when we were dating in highschool. Was an 87 I think had the turbo 4, but auto trans sadly. Terrible idea for a first car. Won date money drag racing it against the uninformed. Afterwards, the seats all came out in an instant…
I did one of those autotrader instant offer things a few years ago on a Jeep and got a real good price. Super easy. Seems any of those services should yield a good price if you’re honest about the condition of your car and clean it up real nice so it flies through the inspection.
They need to fix the proximity sensor bug! Both my 4 XL and my wife’s 4 get stuck at a black screen after a call. It’s the proximity sensor being essentially disabled after the phone runs for a while (actually works for a little bit upon restart). Also disables face unlock. Super easy to test with any of the free…
The stock market today is a speculative hive mind that rewards expected future value and upside. Lots of “disruptors” are valued very highly on their potential upside ... with no regard to actual profit.
I’d sure be upset if I spent $30k on a bike that’s supposed to be the fastest around and it didn’t come with proper suspension ... It has electronically controlled Ohlins on both ends. Hardly garbage.
As if the $30k Ducati didn’t come with Ohlins?
To me it shows that bikes are at the point of diminishing returns regarding HP. At a certain point, you just can’t use it on anything but the longest straights as the bike wants to lift the front or break the rear loose. That GSXR might just be in that perfect spot where more power won’t help, and the Duc doesn’t…
Went to Indy every year it was there except for 1. 1st year was a hurricane (still a tropical storm when it hit) then a good mix of winners ... until Marquez. Marquez won every race there he lined up for. Moto2 and MotoGP. Dude is a beast, and it’s just boring to watch him run away.
I’d love to see Duckworth personally. She doesn’t take any flack from anyone and is a decorated vet who lost both legs in combat. Quite the contrast to draw.
It’s back on TV in the states ?!?!? I even subscribed to Dorna for a few years (was like $125) ...
My 2020 Lariat has a column shifter. Sometimes I need the 6th seat and have a kiddo sit in the middle of the front bench. SUPER handy when relatives come visit and we don’t have to take 2 cars.
MG / MGB - Tiny, light British sports car that are unreliable but very fun to drive when they work (at least in my and my friends and family’s experience.) Pretty cheap as far as classics go, especially with a dead dying motor.
