I watched a lot of this live. The cops did not behave in a neutral manner (I suspect surprising no one here at the Root) but actively seemed to provoke and target antifa (who I mostly think are well intentioned idiots, but still idiots) and gave such a ridiculously obvious pass to literal neo-Nazis.
