Okay, I get it. It is horrible and it makes me angry and I am going to tell my children the truth about what Thanksgiving is REALLY about.

Sorry, I have limited funds to donate, and I chose to donate to a local community shelter that will directly help those in my community.

Both sides here have acted inappropriately. The force used by security against the protesters is too much, while the protesters have tarnished their own cause by breaking the law again and again by setting fires, vandalizing property, and trespassing.

I am all for offering a suggestion of some way to support those who are doing good work and making sacrificing for the betterment of others. While I make regular charitable donations, I could do better, no doubt.
