I quit Facebook a month ago. None of my friends were really bad. It was the “friends of friends” that were killing me.

I’ve already decided I’ll just avoid facebook for a few days to avoid all the Trump supports on there crowing about how fantastic he was and how he put Killary in her place.

As someone who occasionally works with dead human bodies, yes. Decaying human flesh has a very distinct smell even apart from meat and animals. But who knows maybe the sum total of bad smells was enough to mask it.

From the sounds of it, there was food and trash rotting all around her...the body was likely missed in the general stench of it all.

I’m just glad she learned this lesson for a disease like rotavirus instead of something more dangerous or more likely to have long term effects!

It’s not only that, it’s that people don’t know how to critically evaluate the sources that they find. They think everything on the internet is true and if someone wrote something, it must be correct. Look at the damn source and THINK about it.

Likely it didn’t happen because her parents were smart enough to vaccinate her.

I’m amazed a teacher went all that time without catching and spreading something worse to her family. Schools are a Petri dish of disease. I guess that’s just proof that herd immunity does work.

I’m glad it wasn’t anything worse than rotavirus that helped to convince her. This could have had a much more tragic ending.

Well it’s a shame it took her whole family getting sick but it’s refreshing to hear an anti-vaxxer say “I was wrong, I was batshit, I’ve since researched and have changed my mind”.
