West Coast IPAs are bitter. Hazy IPAs are not. They don’t taste ANYTHING alike, at all. They might as well not be call IPAs. I live in a city with like 20 breweries, half of them excellent. None of them are “dominated” by IPAs and the ones that are aren’t “how incredibly overly hopped can we make this beer war…
