Probably... also, if you want to avoid kockoffs of your physical product, don’t manufacture it, or it’s parts in China. Some of the higher end knockoffs are practically the same parts, or at least made from the same molds with cheaper materials.
Good choice, the Dark Side has Cookiees. The Hello Kitty Side... I dunno...
Authoritarian governments are bad for creativity.
Based on the back plate rendering it appears to be no larger than 3 or so USB ports tall, and slightly smaller than 3 Ethernet ports.
It was probably done quick so it doesn’t have all the polish of some of the others, as... the copyright tags on this image lead me to guess that it’s for a Kinder/Ferrero commercial.
I’m going to bet it’ll be cleaned up by the DVD release.
First off. I’m Generally not Pro-DubStep for Game Trailers. But, it kinda works with how absurd this whole thing is.
Tell me about it. I thought that Tomb Raider (2013) looked like crap when I saw it in screenshots and comparisons here on Kotaku, but, when I finally grabbed it for cheap on Steam in the summer sale, I played it to completion and thought it looked great. Stuff that gets to 80-90% of the way to what your goal is
Oh, I’m pretty sure that most games don’t have 100% Original assets. I’d be willing to bet that 99.9% of realistic games have used a texture image from cgtextures.com in some way. And, I heard from the developer’s mouth that, if they can purchase assets and modify them to work in their game then they’ll do that…
Looks pretty slapped together, and I’d bet that not all of the assets are 100% original.
All of these really have one major flaw in them... they’re basically just silly phones that are attempting to put a nostalgic Nintendo console design aesthetic into a a slab phone. They’re all thinking too... inside the box.
So... Steps 1 and 2 are basically what a programmer does when they are trying to repro a bug so they can fix it.
He wasn’t that great in Telltale’s Game of Thrones either...
