The XE showed and continues to show that Jaguar is just a British Cadillac at this point. The ATS and XE were both 3 Series chases, and damn good ones. The XE was actually good, especially with the V6 and AWD (they are a damn good used buy too). But the part about where they are the British Cadillac comes in is that,

I would hope there is. I use Apple pay on my Apple Watch damn near on a daily basis multiple times a day. If there is some watch integration that’s as simple as double tapping the side button to bring up the key then that’s better than a whole multi step process to open a door.

Setup is as simple as pairing your iPhone (or Apple Watch) with an eligible car, and then the next you want to unlock your car, you can simply hold your iPhone or Apple Watch near an NFC receiver built into the car, and then use Face ID or Touch ID to confirm your identity.

The number of people actively interested in purchasing an electric truck is presumably much lower than the number of truck owners who are simply excited by the idea of one but I could be wrong. And while Ford thinks this is because an electric pickup doesn’t exist yet, that seems optimistic, given that in this country

I can’t stand the 91 freeway. Pretty fucked up how the driver just left the rider literally on the side of the road in a ditch too.

Who’s using it? The only people that can even afford the option is the AARP crowd. And even then, the few hundred people or so that buy CT6s don’t like all the tech.

One of the best deals on the planet. Congrats.

Yea it’ll be a pass from me. 42 large is too much for that power output. And while not the same technically, I can head over to Kia and get a base Stinger, with the same power output while having a usable backseat and a hatch for probably less than 30k with incentives.

Don’t forget that for whatever reason the Edge has always been heavy as hell. Every gen has been over 4K lbs.

It’s because they are obsessed with the segment. They think everyone is wanting and buying them do they have to just keep creating more models to the point where many don’t make sense, both in price and size.

I’m sorry but this is probably one of the most laziest evolutionary designs I’ve ever seen on a vehicle. There’s almost nothing different.

Thats my point. It didnt.

The crazy price does nothing for ev sales for the general public. But it will try and make Cadillac a world class luxury player. Or get showroom traffic. I doubt it’ll work on either front. But it’s cool of them to try.

Perfect example of the lack of communication and cohesion between automakers and dealers. Being franchises pretty much throws everything out the window.  I’m sure the dealer wasn’t even aware of the fact that that was a service.

First gear: Its pretty much back to normal at most dealers. Some I’ve seen quickly took down the home options. Others still have the option, but either make an effort not to mention it, or don’t even offer it at all. I went to go check out a Kia Stinger this past weekend. Dealer said nothing about home delivery or

Their valuation makes little sense in relation to them being an automaker. To me they are treated more like a tech company, which would kinda sorta explain the valuation? But only in relation to Musk saying “blah blah future tech coming soon!” and then their stock price jumps. They’ve officially become the automotive

Second gear: I’ve stopped paying attention to the media in relation to Covid. There’s too much info that either doesn’t add up, or contradicts other things. While I don’t not think it’s a thing like a lot of these crazy ass people do ( I actually think me my mom and my sis had it in the beginning of February), I don’t

Seeing these articles makes me miss my Oppo postings about people and their high ass car payments and shitty loan terms.

It’ll probably be a similar situation to the Boxster & 911.

Would you say this could be cross shopped with a Kia Stinger 2.0T? I mean different cars, but both rwd, turbocharged engines with similar ( I think the Supra has more torque) power numbers etc.
