Ultimately though car subscriptions are still going to be a money looser because no one has figured out how to make money off of a depreciating asset like a vehicle and have it not only work for the consumer but for the company as well.

Not surprised at these numbers at all. Nothing they make is appealing. The QX50 looks good but has a snooze inducing driving experience, and the Q60 coupe looks good as well but isn’t as sporty as it’s looks make it out to be. It’s hard to make a case for Infiniti as well when Genesis exists.
Are the buyers all going from BRZ to SUV?
Yea a V6 200 is a sleeper for sure. That 3.6 is thirsty as hell though.
My girls cousin just traded in her beat up 200k mile 2011 CR-V for one, for reasons I cant understand. Its white so its unassuming and rental grade. I drove it from the driveway to the mailbox at the end of the street and back and hated it. I honestly cant see how someone walks onto a lot and says “That one right…
I cannot in good conscious get behind autonomous vehicles. At least for private personal use. The enthusiast in me won’t let it happen. I’m all for em for things like trucking, taxi/shuttle service etc, but the moment we start fully embracing this tech for personal vehicles, is the moment we make the grave for cars as…
And thats sad. Even sadder is how many people fail to realize how industrious all of this is. Since the ‘16 election, families have been broken up. People have stopped talking to their parents, siblings, aunts, uncles etc. People have gotten divorces over the support for Trump and other obvious racist shit.
Right. The complacency. That’s why when I’ve watched things like The Man in The High Castle or The Handmaids Tale, I think about how if some shit were to do down or we were taken over by Nazis or some evil racist regime, how many white people would go along with it under the guise of “I was just trying to keep my…
It feels stupid when realizing that this majority isn’t just the frothing seas of MAGA, but also the white people who seem to be otherwise…decent. A morning shift barista at your favorite neighborhood coffee shop. A co-worker you share silly memes and quiche recipes with. A small forward on your rec league basketball…
Yea I’ve driven one once and it’s fantastic. The only crossover I’d ever actually consider buying.
YES. OC and old money areas of LA and LA county (Pasadena, Beverly Hills etc) are full of old ladys in M, AMG, RS cars. Im talking early bird special status blue hair and all and will be puttering along in their 500 horse super salon like its a CR-V.
This sounds like a recipe for cardiac arrest.
Not surprised. Especially if it’s BMW customers. I mean these same customers also said they wanted an suv with no headroom so they could call it a coupe too.
They are tempting. It’s just dealing with those Porsche maintenance costs.
I think I uh.....I think I may want a used Macan.
I say do it. I don’t know why we haven’t had the A6 Allroad here all this time. Makes more sense than the A4 Allroad.
I would get one of these 2. I have always like the A4 Allroad. But like you, cant afford it new. So I’d be weary touching this and the Jag XF wagon used.
But who’s going to buy one?
This is why I use Apply Pay. Card doesn’t ever go in the reader and its faster and most likely safer as well.
This is good I suppose. I think the XT5 and Escalade are carrying the brand. Having driven one, the XT4 is trash and the XT6 isn’t much better than a loaded Traverse/Acadia.
