As far as I know, no. Any and all rebates are separate and cant be applied I think due to the nature of the program. I could be wrong though but I have researched and read upon (and wrote about) Care extensively.

This is me. It would be cool to have an EV. But right now, between how spread out the charging network is, the price of these things and how much I drive, an EV is just a 2nd car option at this point.

This is true. And since that’s the case the answer if you don’t want a Stinger GT due to size and weight, is to get a used Focus RS.

Um a Kia Stinger comes with 365 horses and you can get it in awd for way cheaper than this.
