600 miles still isn’t practical. Most of us drive 3,000 miles a day, in a blizzard  across Antartica. How’s the mileage at -60°?

Since it has a 727 transmission, it has a NP transfer case. Selec-trac just means no full time (Quadra-trac) 4wd option, which was possible with a NP transfer case, but unlike the BW Quadra-trac it would still have a 2wd setting. To clarify because the previous statement is a bit confusing: Selec-trac would have 2wd-4h

It’s hard to keep up with.

Owning the RCF with this same engine, I can say I love the LC. The idea of more luxury than my RC has is crazy. I love the green color outside but I’m not a fan of all the orange inside. It reminds me of what Volvo did with the V70R and that orange leather interior.  I’m not sure I like the spoiler on the LC either.

Good writeup. These are absolutely stunning in person. Every retired boomer who goes out and buys a 911 actually wanted one of these, they just didn’t know it at the time.

This thing is non sense and I think the reflection of the current automotive landscape.

I’d be all over that Cavalier in a heartbeat.

There’s something profoundly ironic about naming a vehicle getting fuel economy in the low teens after the one of the oldest and largest life forms being destroyed by climate change.

Yeah, if you are looking for an S2000, this is certainly worth a look. Might also be a 100% walk-away car. Hard to say from here. But, if you’re in the market, this is at least a potential NP.

BMW is like “we heard you like the handling of a sports car, and cargo space of an SUV. We make that product, but we’ll instead sell you a car with the mileage and handling of an SUV and the cargo space of a sportscar”

If they wont give us the M3 wagon couldnt they at least give us the M340i wagon, making 374hp or the Alpina version making 456hp

I think the most important thing in all of this is whether this guy’s hair is a wig or not, so the investigating is not done yet.

umm, grammar?  English is a language with rules......

I own a 3 year older Corolla (‘78). Even mechanical parts are hard to find nowadays. These cars aren’t Bel Airs or Mustangs that still have a healthy parts market. Absolutely nobody makes things for most old Japanese cars, nobody. Whatever is still out there, is either very used or NOS (new old stock) and commanding 5

The 911 is far from a stripped down fun car. It’s a luxury GT with a ton of features standard and enough options to double its base price without moving up to an S. So I wonder if I had a $140-160k spec Carrera S or GTS, would a Macan T make for a good daily driver, with a sporty suspension, good gas mileage, and not

Until next week when some random 1978 Toyota Corona on Bring A Trailer knocks the last Ferrari off the list.

I’m sure the Abarth is better, but I rented a Fiat 500 and wanted to return it within a few miles. Awful, awful car. Spark was way better for its class.

Ford Focus, or at least just the hatchback. It was a great car for the money, a top trim example was like $24k and had some seriously advanced features like self parking. We got one in 2019 before the axed the cars in the US, and everyone who gets in it is surprised how nice it is inside, even my mom who is just the

After driving it around all day I have to say that this thing is a pain in the ass at a drive thru window.

Looks like your dog hates being in a car, getting a larger vehicle will not change that.
