Prayer, you already lost to the Gay.

"I got my bottle of Courvoisier here, enjoying some fat, juicy, original recipe chicken breast."

It predates the 60s, but Little Rascals/Our Gang had one. Also "Dennis the Menace"

WWE has spent the past God-Knows-how-long relying on its talents' in-ring work to bail out the shitty stories, that I forgot a garbage match like Vampiro/Pentagon Jr could be just as effective with story.

A Shadow Follows
The Gutter Game Dame
Thompson Gun Tango
The Matta Harri Gambit
Hymns for the Angels, Dirges for the Devils
Crackerjack Crackback
The Rose Garden Covenant
The Boy from the Boarding School
High Society Satan
Eye for Beauty, Nose for Trouble
Ace in the Six Foot Hole
Long Legs, Short Tempers
Mayhem and Mascara

I'm always amazed at how inept the Futurama writers were with sexism in general. The Comedy Central years episode where they change genders is just as tedious. All the jokes give me the same feeling as biting my tongue in the same place.

Kirk liked making out with green skinned women.

I remember being very disappointed with this one and being surprised that such an action packed movie could feel so…inert. The dialogue all sounded off to me, less an homage to hard-boiled noir, and more a bunch of people repeating a joke they didn't really understand; like their understanding of noir dialogue came

The Southern tip is just McMansions that loo like you could punch through the "brick" facades.

I worked a single day on this film and never got paid. I only got hired on because they were over working their crew and a driver totaled a passenger van

In addition, if the filmmakers have suspect motives, shody or cheap production value can feel insulting and even depressing.

Foley is a perfect comparison. Both have an off beat charisma that is easy to miss if you don't pay attention. It's easy to forget that Foley was only considered a first rate mic worker in the last 3rd of his career. Even when he was wrestling Sting at Beach Blast, or tagging with Maxx Payne, he was known as a scary

The talent level is still pretty high for the simple fact that they can afford to sign guys. So most PPVs (if we can call them that anymore) still feature one or two good to great matches.

Only a Green Giant complains about Vanilla Midgets

Daniel Bryan died so that Sami Zayn could live.

And we're really not sure how good he could have been outside of WWE's scripted promos that are notorious for limiting guys on the mic. Anytime I've heard him on commentary,he's loose, funny, and snide. Even when he's a face he's a little arrogant, and that shines through when he can go off script.

Especially the chronic variety. Brett Hart has had the same concussion since the night Goldberg brained him. It sounds like DBr might have a similar variety.

CHarisma and microphone chops are not the same thing. Some guys like the Rock are masters at both, but Daniel Bryan has a ton of charisma even if his verbal skills are lacking. He does a great job with his non verbal acting at conveying who he is and why you should buy into him.

Yeah, though the Loaded Weapon poster/cover was a direct spoof of the Lethal Weapon 3 cover/poster. Both Featured the cops with guns pointed at a target with the cops looking back at the viewer.
