I didn’t find Eric’s tone negative at all. He seems very supportive of what this judge is attempting.

if i see so much as a paralegal; hell, even a goddamn intern, i am turning this car around!

It is fact, more good has come out of the fossil fuel industry than bad.

I’m not a Jeep or a truck guy, but here’s what I would keep and what I’d lose:

So the rumors are true.... exposure to EVs makes you an asshole.

Unless you are a diehard boat enthusiast, in which case you would already know what to do here, sell the boat, put the $60k toward a car that actually makes sense for your city lifestyle, and use the boat money to rent someone else’s boat on the 3-4 days a year you actually go out on the water.

The slip rental is a key idea here. Buying another fit and renting a slip would probably be lower cost than a $60k truck that gets crappy gas mileage. This is, of course, assuming he actually wants to keep the boat (I’d sell that money pit immediately but to each their own).

This is what I use to tow mine. Works great despite the boat being right at the edge of the tow limits and towing at elevation.

Boat owner here. You want to tow in relative comfort and safety, bring all the people and their stuff? Do yourself a giant (intended) favor and spring for a Suburban/Yukon XL. Doesn’t have to be new, used is often better for this role as it’s gonna be an outdoor vehicle anyway. I particularly like GMT800 2500 models.

Paging functionoverfashion..we need good opinions

Who said these trucks would be moving across the country? How many Semi’s commute relatively short distances such as deliveries from distribution centers? I honestly not sure of the numbers, but I’m sure there is a niche to fill in the short term as they work towards long distance solutions over the next decade or two.

I would hate waking up one day realizing I bought a Corvette instead of a 911

Raphael’s total failure to mention the Bolt, available at every (or nearly every) Chevrolet dealership in the country, is bizarre. Sure, it’s not a worldwide top-seller like the Model 3, but GM does produce one of the country’s most popular BEVs.

So this is an extremely rushed photoshop job, but here’s what it could have looked like with a smaller grille. I literally grafted on the grille/middle bumper from the previous 4 Series lol.

Counterpoint: grille still looks like shit.

No, I’m sorry, but no. It doesn’t. It looks like a Chinese knockoff of a car from Grand Theft Auto.

I thought this was for sure a deliberate modification to prevent floorboards from rusting out by continuous application of oil.

While it won’t exactly be an NSX on four wheels...”

I watched the whole release video.

Got a question, and would appreciate an honest response.
