I agree with you. The school should respond. Suspension is extreme but...I'm okay with it, I guess? Arrest is outrageous, though.

I spent a lot of time in eating disorder treatment, luckily my parents were able to finance it and I was able to find a specialized and amazing therapist and wasn’t ill enough to need inpatient therapy. I saw in group often that people who end up needing those facilities can end up sicker/more wrapped up in the sick…

Maybe being an intern in the ‘70s is a bit different from 2016 and you cannot compare her privileged experience with those of anything in the current rigged economy.

The majority of the Sanders campaign interns and volunteers are women. Largely middle class, minority women.

Does the gender and/or sex of a person really matter if their values and ethics are corrupt?

Clinton practices identity politics. She only has so many women staffers to give off an impression of equity. She still doesn’t pay her interns a wage, which shows to me she doesn’t care about the middle-class or poor Americans.

Did you take into account that only the Sanders campaign pays a wage to their interns? And at $15/hr? Their campaign overhead is more equitably distributed, rather than to a select group of staffers.

I’m surprised that there are no Trump staffers who get 6 figures since Politico last year said his chief of staff made $20k a month. But Lewandowski wasn’t listed in the top 5 so maybe he is paid from a different pot of $?
