Thanks it’s definitely on my list!

WHAAAT the game cube controller is the best controller ever invented! The buttons are all related to their functions. It’s way more intuitive than printing a symbol or a letter on a button.

It’s like they’re aware that they’re self-aware?

That game was fantastic!

I would buy ‘Wooden Cog Flimsy’ instantly. (Starring Flimsy Worm?)

unless they WANT to be noticed by the IP owners.... which seems stupid! perhaps they’re hoping for a job at Konami :)

I bought Dragon Quest Heroes for €15 at a second hand store, but then the bag that was in, got stolen!!! Arrrgghhh.... Not sure if it’s worth full price for just an endless ‘hack and slash’ game mechanic.

Catching up on the ‘old’ Far Cry 4. Really like the open world, it reminds me a lot of Just Cause 2, especially the accents of the enemies! “Send in reinforcements!”. The only quibble I have is the horrendous controls, but I’m glad that the story isn’t as pompous as it was in Far Cry 3.

Tarantino loves to use exploitation tropes in his movies, but they still have a plot and some damn fine acting. ‘Death proof’ comes closest to an exploitation movie, especially the second half (the ending, wow!).

The first punisher movie was with Dolph Lundgren. That movie was great in a corny eighties sort of way. I haven’t seen the other two...

Produced by the man behind ‘Ghost Rider’ and ‘The Punisher’... already enough to make grown men burst into tears. This could become WORSE than the Akira remake.

Takeshi has never made ‘exploitation films’... That term is used to describe movies that feature sex and violence from start to finish without a noticable plot or acting qualities :) Not that that isn’t fun, it’s just not what Takeshi does.

Yeah it’s a lot of shooting isn’t it? Not even all that easy either! At some point I started wondering why Drake is even getting into these adventures, where he has to shoot hundreds of Russians to get to some trinket :) Still these are really great games, I can’t wait for part 4.

Doesn’t sound very appealing sadly. I loved the series when it was an alternative to Advance Wars: just combat and tactics. I don’t see why it had to turn into a fan-servicey anime... :(

A movie without actors! Blasphemy!

LBP was brilliant but inaccessible (and sequels failed to improve the formula - instead they added furbys). In LBP it took days, or even weeks to make a good level, whereas in MM you can make a good, fun level in 10 minutes.

The video is not available in my country... (no, really)... I’m almost afraid to google it.

True, Disney has the same problem... Some of their movies could easily be nominated for a “best movie” oscar, but instead all they ever win is “best animated movie”. I almost think it’s an insult!

Games need more buttslaps, not less! I’d also like to suggest a new rating system for fighting games and an emoticon to go with it.

Nintendo just can’t shake the ‘kiddy game’ image no matter what they do. Mario Maker is an achievement in game history, a celebration of a game series that’s been popular for decades, and a tribute to all the gamers who have loved mario games for all those years. It deserves a Nobel prize, but all it gets is a ‘family
