Yeah it was hilarious! I grew quite attached to him. Also gave me a reason to pay a little visit to some of the tougher spots in the game.

At least you could have a super mutant follower with a gatling gun (in FO3). It completely unbalanced the game, except when his pathfinding AI got confused, which was every time I jumped off a rock.

Hopefully they’ll fix the difficulty spikes and clarify underlying mechanics (how to combine team members)! I really liked the PS3 game but got hopelessly stuck quite early in the game.

I immediately believe that this game’s main appeal is the sugar-coating and not the advanced mechanics. To me, that’s already enough but I can imagine that some people expected more. Perhaps you’re just not the target audience?

Yup, that’s what I get from hordes of people staring brainlessly at what the mass entertainment industry is feeding them.... Doesn’t mean I’m sad though. This fact in itself is entertaining, admittedly in a cynical kind of way.

It only proves that ‘we, the people’ have become so powerless / voiceless that we’re now investing all our time and energy into watching a silly guy dance in an elevator. Is that really something to be proud of?
