Also, this crapfest never delivered on its original promise that the audience would see the zombie apocalypse from the beginning. We never saw the hospitals or the news teams, the army, or anything. All we saw was Madison and her motley crew bitching and moaning about stuff with no zombies anywhere. Then the zombies

Yes, this all true. TWD has taken, by necessity, the basic premise farther and that group is getting into society building, but still relies on the "villain of the week" for drama which gets old fast. This piece of shit show can't even get that right or give us characters to care about. Rick maybe a nut, but I still

Dickens made a reference to Madison and Rick being related, so that could be their connection. Sooner or later, even without crossovers, there will be connections to the mother ship.

She just shampooed it with quality hotel shampoo and conditioner.

What is up with AMC not putting this crapfest out of its misery? It's been renewed for a third season, but consistently loses viewers and is nowhere near as popular as the mother ship. I will be surprised if AMC keeps it past season three.

I thought Shaun of the Dead too.

This stupid show takes out the entire spiritual significance of ancestor veneration. It's not the bodies, but the spirits/souls of the ancestors that protect the descendants. So they are actually hurting their relatives by letting them walk around as zombies, because they cannot find release that way. Kind of like

Halloween is the Celtic New Year.

Why are they still in a hotel getting drunk when you know there MUST be zombies there? Idiots!

God I hate her name.

He had potential but turned into an idiot.

Yeah, Dickens mentioned it on some show that she's from the South and so is Rick Grimes.

What dumb asses. They can't even keep their own stuff straight because Dickens talked about a Rick/Madison connection. Maybe Rick is from Alabama.

Yep, I so wish HBO would turn World War Z (the book) into a miniseries that really follows it faithfully. Max Brooks' book was incredible.

I think the falling zombies has been my favorite of this show so far.

Dramatic effect? Nothing in this show has any logic.

I know. It's really a beautiful celebration of ancestral veneration (it's not any dead), and I'm not Mexican yet this offends me.

I've read they are going to write in that Madison is somehow related to Rick. I guess she's his older sister.

That's what I do!

I just kept thinking this was a cheap play on Shirley Jackson's "The Lottery."
