Andrew Lincoln owns a home in Georgia and so do a few others. Moving and selling of property is the best indicator that a character is going to die. It was right on the money for Andrea, Lori, and Beth. All three moved out of their condos/houses right before the were killed on the show.

I just read Norman Reedus sold his house in Georgia, so my guess is Daryl will be taking Glenn's place with Lucille. It makes sense since he is from season one and a fan favorite. Also, he's not in the comics.
